Usually acne is the result of the contact in oil in the skin and dead cells in the pores. When inflammation takes place, redness of pimples takes place. Do not use red meat rather chicken, fish and prawns are better to cure acne and to get nutrition for your body. Take fresh fruit juices, milk and yogurt as much as you can. Eat fruits and vegetables more than you previously did. Improving the eating and bowel habits are the most important home remedies for acne.

Second thing you need to do is to clean your skin properly. You should wash your skin in such a way that you remove all the dead cells from face and acne infected skin. The cleanliness of facial skin is the most important in this regard. Wash your face with anti bacterial soap tow times a day. Drinking a glass of water soon after waking up in the morning everyday will also help you in reducing acne problem.
